Cycling is an ideal way of exploring the New Forest.
There are many miles of waymarked trails throughout the area. The
Forestry Commission tracks are well surfaced and the area is relatively
level - there are no nasty hills. The Commission produces a folded
leaflet detailing all the routes.
Most of the bike hire shops rent bikes by the hour, half day or full
day. They have bikes for adults and children including trailers.
