Elsburn at Pennington has 3 lovely double bedrooms and a twin, each with an en-suite shower/wc, tea and coffee & TV. 

The B&B faces south west overlooking Pennington Common, which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest. 150 species of flowers were counted here. Superb for a morning or evening stroll.
Just a 2 minute walk takes you into the Pennington Village centre where there are pubs serving excellent food and plenty of shops.
A 10 minute drive takes you to the sea or 5 minutes to the New Forest itself.

Our continental breakfasts are served in the guests dining room which features a lovely brick fireplace. A marvellous choice from 5 different cereals (with a cereal topper of mixed dried fruit) fresh fruit, tinned fruit of the day (one of the following grapefruit, pears, fruit salad, peaches or prunes) a selection of cheeses, fresh ham, warm croissants and toast with either marmalade or two sorts of jam.
