burn has 3 lovely double bedrooms and a twin, each with an en-suite shower/wc, tea and coffee & TV.  The B&B faces south west overlooking Pennington Common, which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest.  Superb for a morning or evening stroll.  Just a 2 minute walk takes you into the Pennington Village centre where there are pubs serving excellent food and plenty of shops.
A 10 minute drive takes you to the sea or 5 minutes to the New Forest itself.

LONGWOOD B&B (Bartley, 2m N of Lyndhurst)
Longwood is a 100-year-old New Forest cottage, which has been sympathetically extended and restored. It has a large mature garden which is completely private, and which guests are welcome to make use of. The house enjoys a unique location right in the forest, about 2 miles north of Lyndhurst, overlooking Bartley. Although quiet and secluded, and very private, the house is not remote, and is conveniently situated for all Forest activities.

On the eastern edge of the New Forest in Hythe, Bankside is ideal for both New Forest holidays and trips to Southampton and the Isle of Wight.  The historic ferry from Hythe across Southampton Water is within a short walk of the B&B and offers hassle free access to West Quay mall and the IOW ferries. We have 3 bedrooms and private off road parking.  Families are very welcome but no pets.
Beaulieu, Exbury Gardens & the National Motor Museum are just 2 miles.

Windrush is a delightful cottage set in the lovely village of Minstead just north of Lyndhurst in the heart of the New Forest. 
Peaceful location,  ideal for walking and cycling. Ponies roam freely in Minstead and deer can be seen in the nearby woods. The village shop, the Trusty Servant pub (excellent food) and an interesting 12Century church (resting place of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle) are all in easy walking distance.  Also within the villlage are Furzey Gardens with an ancient forest cottage and art/craft gallery.  Well placed for trips to the south coast beaches and many other local attractions.
